Great story, love the twist about Tony's father. Thanks for sharing it.
prince-bishop chapter 1 . 7/11/2015
Gibbs is a complete dickhead, in stead of shouting at his agents why does he not help them search for the answers he is asking for instead of going on his umpteen coffee runs, you lead by example, in the real world Gibbs would not last five minutes his arse would be kicked out the door.
Frakking Toasters chapter 17 . 2/15/2015
I really enjoyed this. Thank you so much. xo
Saissa chapter 1 . 8/14/2013
Gibbs continued to stare at him. "Is that it, McGee?" he asked quietly.
"Well…ah…" McGee stammered. "I was just about to…ah…" he sighed. "On it, Boss," he replied and shoved the styrofoam container aside to concentrate on the background trace.

For Fucks sake Gibbs - WHEN are you going to STOP pushing your agents - they will collapse from burnout - especially if you do NOT allow them some time to EAT!
apester chapter 17 . 5/1/2013
Lovely story. I do wish we knew what happened to William dinozzo and there could have been another whole story on finding out who Tony's real father is. I liked it though thanks for sharing
sunshine21409 chapter 17 . 12/18/2011
I hope you either continued this fic or plan to write a sequel.
puffdadder chapter 17 . 11/21/2010
Wow, there are very VERY few well written NCIS stories it seems, but this one seems to be one of the deepest i've read. This could have come directly from Belisarius Productions. Great work and thanks for sharing!
SithelfJen chapter 17 . 11/17/2010
I did fins the ending a bit rushed but overall it was a good story. Thanks for sharing.
peanutmeg chapter 17 . 8/14/2010
I love how Gibbs stayed to look after Tony! Wonderfully done! I hope to read more from you in the future! :D
Aurilia chapter 10 . 8/1/2010
Just a point, for future reference, which I am sure others may have informed you of already: AFIS stands for 'Automated Fingerprint Identification System' and as such, deals solely with the archiving, identification, and retrieval of fingerprints. The acronym you should be using for DNA identification is CODIS - 'Combined DNA Index System'. Other than that, and your already-admitted moment wherein you've asked us to suspend disbelief, appear to be the only 'errors' (such that they are) - quite an achievement for a fanfiction. I'm quite enjoying the story and don't worry - even after 'Flesh and Blood' (which remains the only S7 ep I've seen to date), it still is an entertaining read (but then again, I quite love AUs, so it may just be me). Anyway, I'm getting really babbly - I should get some sleep and finish reading tomorrow. Good night.
LiviaHyde7 chapter 17 . 4/17/2010
Hey this story was great i liked the idea with Tony's dad not being his real dad. Are you going to do a sequel with Tony trying to find his real dad? It will be cool if it turned out Gibbs was his real father but thats just an idea! Anyway the story was great and hope you write more soon!

Okay, I'm loving the story so far. It's a really great plot and you have good writing. I was planning to just leave a review when I finished, but you made a small mistake that's bugging me, so I have to nitpick. Sorry! Just wanted to let you know that AFIS is the Automated Fingerpring Identification System. You wouldn't use it to match DNA. For DNA, you'd use CODIS (Combined DNA Index System). That's all! And I don't think it's something you really have to worry about. I'm actually studying forensics in school right now because I want to be a medical examiner one day. So I don't think anybody who isn't studying the subject would really notice. Not a huge deal, just something I thought I'd tell you. Keep up the great work, and I can't wait to read the rest of the story!
