this story was pretty good, but the pairing is wrong. i expected xander and faith to hook up unless you have a sequel in the works which i kinda hope you do

Well, that sounded awfully pointed. ; ) Bu true, I am a great fan of the dark. And I was enjoying it up till the last ep. Wasn't really to interested in a big good vs evil thing, but it sorta seemed like...good just rolled over.

I'm honestly dissapointed in the forces of light right now. They could have gone back and forth between them for a while. But no, Wesley has a death wish, and bam, everyones dead...though, I'm not to sure about Cordy. Did she make it out, or just killed while crying over Xander?

Damn, I guess when you put "the world goes to hell" in your tagline I shouldn't expect a happy ending but that's brutal. I hope for Faith's sake there's a sequel coming.

Read the story, it's a pretty awesome idea actually. I didn't like some of the execution, namely the instant relationships that sprang up seemingly out of nowhere in regards to Faith. I would have prefered it if things were a bit more subtle and slow. I like Holtz' character, however, and it would be good to see him and Xander interacting after their fight for leadership.

Great chapter and I liked how Holtz's talk with Wesley about Faith. I also liked how you wrote Jay Don the undead gangster. So is Ripper sending Jay Don after Faith, Holtz? What has happened to Angelus? Please write more thanks as I am enjoying the story.
