With the various Marvel Muckups of the past, it bears review; Victor von Doom is Romani. He's a gypsy, a genius, and a genuine nightmare for those who oppress the gypsy clans. Victor's mother was a witch, his father slated to die for failing to cure a Baron's wife of terminal cancer. (He fled with Victor and died of exposure on a mountainside)
