Constructive critique:

First off your story strcuture is rather bare and it seems as if its that of a six grader.

Also I would like to say that to plot was really good but the dialogue should have more umph to it. Also better vocabularly would be good to. But excellent story mate! you can't expect to be good all the time.

Its getting into a good starting area but it needs more action in the story not just in the fight scenes but all around what is going on with the characters turned chibis. So here are a few helpful hints I remembered from reading "Camp Umbrella" which I hope comes in handy for this sort of writing.

I would like to see them having trouble doing thier normal things as children that they had did easily as adults.

Maybe give them more childish personalities and maybe getting into trouble with Walter he looks like the kind of guy that probably dosen't handle alot of kids so make this a humerous experience for him as well.

And don't forget, Anderson really isn't a member of Hellsing how would Maxwell react when he finds out what happened to his favorite priest?

And I don't know about you but Hellsing manor doesn't sound like the kind of place that a child should be exploring without adult supervision-maybe you can work that into the story.

Just a few things to consider other than that I am quite eager to see how the situation turns out.
