Brilliant story! Loved the exorcism badge bit :) really good writing and very engaging descriptions, you can almost see the what the fuck expression on the demon and Johns face! I hope that you write more one shots like this :) thanks for the laugh!

I really dig this concept, of Dean crafting lessons and badges for Sammy. I also like John at the fringes, watchful (when he's around) but letting the boys have this for themselves.

I chuckled over earnest Sammy's comments and Dean's shenanigans!

I had trouble following the story, not knowing the timeline or setting from scene to scene; some transition between scenes or a more deliberate snapshot style might help. Or maybe more sensory details to anchor me and indicate which characters are in play. I actually like being dropped into the middle of the action, as long as I have plenty to grab onto. ;)
