| Cartlin chapter 11 . 10/14/2016 Wait, how would they know if he'd ever need glasses?! That's impossible to determine, unless the baby is born almost blind (which does happen), you can't tell! It has to do with how the eye grows as a body develops, and even an opthamologist wouldn't know before the kid starts to need glasses! It can happen at age 4, it can develop at 20, there's just no way to know if something will change! Just like it's impossible to know how bad someone's eyesight will be, until the eye actually plateaus! Eyeballs grow as we age until we reach our 50s, then they start to shrink, which is why older people start needing reading glasses. |
