This was so bittersweet, just like the whole Ran&Shinichi relationship in the manga. But I think it's rare to see someone pull off a kiss between these two. I guess it's a little funny to say that a kiss can be 'in character', but that's how I feel about the one you wrote. Perhaps it's because their reactions are also well-written.

This chapter (Aoko&Kaito) made me laugh so hard, and I really needed that. I really felt like I was reading a chapter of the Kaitou Kid manga. Everyone was wonderfully in-character (except Hakuba, of course, but we'd expect that after a run-in with Akako) and I just about died at the fish. Poor Kaito! Still, with everything he pulls on Aoko he probably deserves it. XD;

Thank you so much for this story! I'm enjoying it a lot, but I think so far this chapter is my favorite. XD;;

Wow, I've never seen the pairing of Kaito and Nakamori. And I've never read a fic quite like this, so great job.

So...I finished reading this stories today after finding them yesterday (I actually forgot to look for them gomen!) And I have to say...it's nice. I do have SOME critic like how the Ran/Shinichi bit that was not really realistic, or how the basic-couples-stories are not really worth the couples or SOME other things that I really couldn't understand why you did them they way you did but oh well...I'll tell you the next time we talk. You put a lot of effort in this, so, good job. _
