Cute. :) You really captured the essence of their relationship; the way they compete with one another. I can really see Yuffie behaving like this in such a situation.

There was one point where you wrote 'he'd of', which should be 'he'd have', and there's some missing punctuation around some of the dialogue, but otherwise this is nicely written. I liked it. :)
