That "addressed" him part is wordy... I think it's missing the word "with"... So it'd be 'Kuchiki-taichou addressed him with a cold glare."

And

“I’m glad you like it” he said, kneeling down in front of him.

You're missing a comma after the word "it" :P After a person says something, if it doesnt have a question mark or exclamation mark, you put a comma if the sentence continues like in that one
