Ellen chapter 1 . 2/7/2010 My only suggestion is to make her turning 45 or 55. 35 is not really old at all and if Kaddar isn't feeling old himself, he would say he was getting tired at dancing. Make them actually older...you can even keep the same lines. "She was turning 55 but felt 20 years older." It seems more appropriate. |

I feel so honored I love what you've set up here, I've never seen Kallydar that had them beyond I think their twenties, so seeing how they aged was a rare treat indeed. I like how Kalasin is quite bitter, but how Kaddar is at the same time still loving. Though I wonder why Kally didn't use her great healing gift on herself. A block perhaps? Either way, I found this to be bittersweet, but not angsty, a hard measure to find sometimes. |
