Good Chapter, very cute.

When I read the description I gotta say I was expecting a boring first person story of evangelion with just shinji's perspective of the evangelion cannon, but i'm happily surprise that was not the case and the fact that this is just really just a childhood thing going on. Love it!

Nice fic. Nothing too deep here, but for what it's meant to be it fulfills it's role well. I'm not familiar with most of the other series being drawn upon though, so that makes it a little harder to really get these people.

One of the most renown Evangelion fan fictin authors and, in my opinion, his best all-around piece. The interaction here is dead on, and the characters are all well portrayed with Random's characteristic style both more controlled and more notable than in previous pieces. One aspect of the story particularly worth noting is the treatment of the Dual characters, who do not hamper a tale that gives many in the EVA fandom exactly what they want-a vision of the EVA pilots as normal children. Overall, the story fulfills without overwhelming and continues to build on Random's reputation as a writer of pleasant tales that leave you feeling beneficially overwhelmed and cathartic.

Really nice story. The only thing that seemed a little suspect was the cop-out between Shinji and Rara. It was a shame, because you built they're relationship really well, and then seemed to dissolve it for no pretence at all.

I have to say though that the ending makes me wanna hit Shinji for being such an idiot. he could have had that nice girl, but he screwed it up for Asuka. and he doesn't even feel guilty!

Overall, a nice piece of work, but I have to tell you, the Shinji/Rara breakup was was so abrupt and just out of nowhere that it seemed more like a copout on your part. Nowhere in the rest of the story did you even hint about Rara's possesiveness or that Shinji and Rara were ever together in the same place as Asuka. But whatever, you can't win em all I guess. Overall grade A-

Nice. A bit OOC (at the end espicially) though. They where acting to much like 'average' teenagers, not the deeply disterbed children of the series. Of coarse that was kind of the point of the fic wasn't it. ~_-

Okay, now that I got that out of my system, another success Random. So often do we get caught up in the NERV aspect of Evangelion that we forget that it's truly about the people, and this fic allows us to see the Children for what they are, children. Thank you for this look at their attempt at living a normal life amist the chaos of piloting.
