This story was such a good read, I'm so had it's not finished. The writing style was nice and the characters were very well portrayed. I loved the grave robber gang and the future Sess and ah, it was so much fun

I'm sorry that whatever happened during college dampened your desire to write, your writing is amazing, even though it's been so long since you've written! Thank you for writing this! This is probably one of the best InuYasha fics I've read, honestly.

Hold up. Are you implying that Inuyasha doesn't even KNOW the name of his father in this? Just how bloody useless was Myoga?!

Really sad this wasn’t finished

Why did you not finish this? After thirty eight chapters there is no end? I read it won awards and everything so I am not sure why it wouldn't be finished. I found this story on the deviate art websight where a picture was posted and there was a link. It is amazingly good with a lot of insight to what would come in the future for the manga and anime. You had guessed a lot of things that actually happened. Is it finished somewhere else on a different sight or under another name? I just can't believe this is all there is.

I understand that the last update was 8 years ago, but please, come finish this story. It's almost done and would be so wonderful to finally have a conclusive ending to it.

I have read the Silent Hanyou and Always There years ago and just finally got around to reading The General and it is just as amazing as the other two! I am sad it is uncompleted though and relaized that after 6 years it may never be but thank you anyways for your amazing work!

shame this isn't updating. It's really interestingly written and really does show the trust strugle and descent to madness and despair like nerly no other fic. So vivid and so gripping. The brother dynamic is realistic and the change is natural even thought throughout it we are kept on out toes "will it happen?" Love that it's not rushed because trust is not gain with a single action. Very well done.
Hopefully some day this fic will be continued
