For a while in college I did a second job in a restaurant kitchen, and when I was working my way past the hot line I learned Dawn dish detergent is actually better than body soap for getting grease and food residue off ones body ) Once the crud is off then you can use body soap for the scent ) And mayo works as well as peanut butter for getting adhesive off - and has the advantage of being a great deep conditioner for hair.

The reason peanut butter and mayo work is actually the oil content, you can use olive oil, but the goop factor of peanut butter or mayo has the advantage of holding the oils in place to work better.

Well that was great. I hope she doesn't go back to Joe after that.
