Xander may not like having stuff blow up, but he may want to avoid making stuff do the opposite since anything imploding is probably just as bad if not worse.

well, it started off as a good idea and then, honestly, it just devolved into a shit show.
you jump povs way too often, and often only make clear who you're even talking about at the end of the scene.
mutlicrosses most of the time don't work well, and i'm inclined to think that you should have just stuck to buffy and avengers, maybe marvel as a whole if you could.
everybody doing the same thing, get's boring pretty fast. and angel, while not technophobic, wouldn't even begin to know how to incorporate tech into a suit properly.

Angel knowing how to do as he has makes little sense. You see you had Xander gain his knowledge via magic, Willow has always been smart and using her for impossible technology/magic has always been a thing, Tony Stark is Effin Tony Stark but Angel?

He has never in canon shown any real experience with such things. There doesn't seem to be a reason he has the knowledge, experience, and smarts to do as he has. Yet everyone else makes sense, there are legit reasons.

It is by far one of the weakest plot points in the story.

I'm guessing Dawn got drained, but it didn't override her existence. Has Willow or Xander checked in with Giles or Buffy in months? It seems like they are so busy they have forgotten about Buffy.

I like how everyone is arming/armoring up. Willow,Xander,Angel,Kendra,Warren...

The glove is alive, there are hellmouth powered cylons getting made, and Kendra is on a one woman crusade. This is wild and fun, great chapter.

Props for writing Drusilla in such a way that I actually feel bad for her. That takes serious talent.
