I love the ending. And indeed the quote you take from the movie is quiet funny. Actually I kind of make some L/G jokes when I see it. I just love Lecolas face when Gimli says: ""He was twitching because he's got my AXE embedded in his NERVOUS SYSTEM!".

It was great, but you did make a tiny mistake here. Legolas is not related to Galadriel or Celeborn. His father is King Thranduil (I think that's how you spell it...). If you hadn't paid attention to every itty bitty detail in the books (which I know is hard, 'cause I've tried), it's easy to make a mistake like that. Just keep in mind that some srshardcore fan might wig out on you for an insignificant mistake.

Okay the story was good. The only issue I had was legolas is most definatly not the son of galadriel and celeborn. He is a prince but of Mirkwood not of lorien.

Legolas is the son of King Thranduil of Mirkwood. (His mother's name and heritage is unknown).

I saw somebody comment that Legolas has DARK hair - this is not known as FACT! (I personally believe he is a gorgeous blond hunk)For, although in the book in ONE SENTENCE it describes his hair as 'dark'. However, this was at NIGHT in a DARK forest and (I have tested this myself with some of my blondie friends) blonde hair can look so dark at night it even appears to be BLACK! So there is no real fact as to what his hair color is.

Ha the ending bit was amusing. You DO know though that Legolas is Thranduil's son? From Mirkwood? In which case u really ought to put this as 'own universe' cuz otherwise 'your' legolas might as well be an OC.

You realize that our dear elf is dark haired, is from mirkwood. Celeborn and Galadriel only had one child, Arwens mother. this is the rambling of pathetic fangirls! Please, read the books. I'm sureyou can find a copy of them with Orlando Bloom on the cover.
