Who cares on if Rei is more a cousin or sister? Bruh, she's literally a clone of his mom. They explicitly spell it out in the show. Arguing whether she's related more of a sister or cousin kinda unknowingly brushes off that very important fact.

Rei opens up more because of Shinji. Cool. That's about as far as the relationship goes before she's killed, replaced, and afterwards development between the Shinji and "Rei" grinds to a halt because of the reset. Oh, there's definitely moments, but they center more around Shinji's bewilderment at Rei's shift backwards in personality and they start all over again.

And Rebuilds are a completely different canon than the anime so who gives a fuck about that. Although if we are talking about the Rebuilds, then yeah. Rei has a stronger argument. But nah, fuck that. Still shit.

The bulk of R/S know she is related, but we mostly say more on the level of cousins, which if you did your research, you would know that is legal and encouraged in Japan. :)

First off, where is your PROOF that she is Shinji's sister? You have none, as it is NEVER said in the series how they are related, or how much. Second, how are S/A fans taking certain actions in the series in their own way any better? LOL

I am a regular AxS fan, but generally, of course, a greater fan of evangelion itself. Something like this is bound to happen if Shinji tried to feel her up...but there would be hell to pay (literally) the next day.

Hahaha! I quite liked this story! I love a good laugh and as much as I love Asuka and Shinji together it's very diffictult to do it in character .

Good. I'm an AxS fan, and I don't think Asuka would ever hurt him this badly, but in a comical way it makes sense. The side of Asuka that you've portrayed is very hard to work around, but it can be done. All it really takes is a little maturation and character growth. AKA time.

ReixShinji seems to me to be able to fit much better into the canon, especially the early parts. But as I've said above, Asuka and Shinji just need time. Rei is the past, Asuka the future.

As far as going against the lemon goes, I'm all for it. This is really much better than flaming. Hopefully the author read it and will improve because of it.

Because any sexual encounter between Shinji and Asuka would obviously require strap-ons, a ball gag, and at least one butt plug.

I have a gun with two bullets: one shot is for doom357, who should be embarassed of writting "Night of Passion"; the other shot is for you, because if you have the talent to write like this, why the hell are you wasting it in messing with someone else fic?

While a rampant A/S fan myself, I must agree with your analysis of said lemon. The unfortunate truth of being a fan of a pairing like Asuka/Shinji is that the personalities of the two make it extremely hard to write for them and keep it in character. As a result, most A/S fic is crap (although you could say that for most fanfiction in general), in particular the lemons.

That said, at least our pairing isn't technically incest. :P
