Great fic! Honestly, of all or any one-shot, conversation, anythings...that was so well done. Wonderful tone and...dialogue. It sounded like Lupin. And Pettigrew. I suppose that's not really common at all.

Wow. That was very deep. I'm impressed. Remus does seem to be the one who would always have to listen. But after that conversation is probably when Pettigrew went to the Dark side. He was talking about how scared he was, and then he decided he should join them, so they wouldn't be a threat. Of course, they were, but by that time, he was in too deep to get out. Anyway, very nice fic, Remus was well-shown. That last line had me kinda choked up. Poor him - all alone...

Good POV from Remus's. Interesting choice on what affects the future and what doesn't. I like how you pointed out the angst and subtlety behind the movements of Peter. Great job! Continue writing!

Beautiful. I love the style, for one, the quietness of the words and the way you can hear Remus' voice come through. The idea's also intriguing, the whole "turning point" concept, and your characterisation is fantastic. Do keep writing - even if you do take some time, the wait is worth it. _

Oh. Wow. Why do these types of things always seem to fall on Remus' shoulders. Very good. I loved it!

I really like this one. In some ways, it ended up being more of a look at Peter than at Remus, which is fine - Wormtail doesn't get much "screen time." You did a great job of conveying how the different Marauders deal with life, and how hard it is to stay the same once you've grown up, even if it weren't for Voldemort. I especially like the "Back then we were Gryffindors" bit - after Hogwarts, the old identities seem to fade. Peter's all-consuming fear was porttrayed extremely well, and so was Remus's sensitivity which borders on literal empathy. Also, brownie points for keping Remus's ex-significant other ambiguous. I like a bit of ambiguity.

Tis marvelous. And I'm not just saying that. I /really/ like the concept of the scene - the whole "I can't help thinking that was the turning point," etc. And I love the beginning, that whole passage from the first line to the line about "Actually, Sirius would probably still die first." And...yeah. I like Lupin, too, but you know that.
