Adding your story to my favorites

So, I saw this chapter was updated & *squee* but then it hit me that this was the last chapter & I actually put off reading it for a while. I'm so sad to see it go & I wanted to prolong it. However, it was such a beautiful ending it helped ease the pain of it being over. I love their beginning phone call, with Luke being a little dirty. It reminded me of 6.03 with his not bringing Lorelai pants and 'that might be intentional' comment. Definetly made me laugh. Their parallel getting ready moments were great-this is what I love about fan fiction, insight into their mind. And thank you for Rory-Luke interaction! Gosh I miss that.

Their vows, so beautiful:

"When we first got engaged in what seems like years ago, I imagined our wedding day just as any other bride would. I see a different picture, but this time without the uncertainties or insecurities." I love how you brought in the previous engagement & made it something beautiful. If anything is to be gained out of the 'journey' it should be security & certainty.

"I may not say every thought in my head, but know that you are there more often than not." That line, wow. Great writing & channeling of Luke-saying so much with so little.

Has it really been this long since I reviewed? Sorry! Time is getting away from me! I love this story...the simple, elegant pace...it just flows and gives that lovely JJ feel! So I believe 13 was my last review. 14-For a Chris-centric chapter, I really enjoyed it. I like how you drew a conclusion to the two of them, with Lorelai so strong and firm. Although part of me is glad that CL ended so civilily (sp?) for Rory's sake, I wish it would have been more strong & firm like in your take. But then again, I love your take since we'd have LL together! 15-I still have this great hope that E/R will give LL that house! But for that to happen, LL would have to get engaged/married in the series, and I'm trying not to raise my expectations. So thanks for allowing me to see it in your story! Also, I love how you intercut old memories...it's such a nice touch & great insight into the character. I just adore LL and this conversation about kids. The classic Luke "You bet"...such a perfect ending. 16-I love the crazy town! How can we not have an LL wedding with SH involved? (Yea, my having no expectations is going amazing well, don't you this so? lol) I love watching Lorelai, Luke, Rory & April interact. In S, it was so apparent how they just flowed & were at ease with each other. I can see them having a moment like this, the four of them, in the series. That's one expectation I feel okay with keeping (optimism anyone? lol)...so it was great to read it. And coffee reminds him of her. Big 'aw' lol. Thanks for writing!
