This was perfection, it was so well written and thoughtful. I saw this on tumblr and had to come check it out, easily one of the best HoND fanfics I've ever read. And the end...heartbreaking. Bravo!

Epic! Great job! Really I didn't want to picture Frollo umm... pleasuring himself, and yet it was told in such a captivating and amazingly vivid way that it was perfect!

Okay, so, hey. I read this because in school oddly enough, we watched "..Notre Dame" (In French class, if that helps) Anyways, I was about the only 14 year old in the room who hadn't seen it growing up. So, I watched it, fell in love, and began to fangirl repulsivly over Frollo/Esmeralda. Sure enough, we finished it today and I came on here, looking for ONE great story and... here I am! And all I have to say is WOW. I am in love with this. This may be my most favorite fanfiction EVER. Wonderful. Amazing. I suggest you write more. Fabulous.

Wow...this was very well written. The thoughts in italics about Esmeralda, the common folk, and the world go perfectly with Frollo's character. He's become rigid, sexually repressed, and fearful in following his religion. He's become someone who looks down at others, while he thinks he's smug and setting himself apart from other people, yet he's lonely, and wants to feel a woman's touch badly. That's not a bad or sinful desire, that's a human desire, and it's a pity that Frollo can't see or understand that. However, he does seem to understand and want pleasure to some degree, even if he's the one giving himself the pleasure. This was really good, I loved reading his thoughts on Esmeralda, even the part about her coming up from below. Great work.

Ah yes, the mind of the twisted and wicked such as Frollow...sees nothing wrong with raping a woman, but everything wrong with imagioning it...but that is how this character was in this movie.

Great job! This was interesting, I could picture him thinking and doing that..although I do not want to. This was a well written story!
