I kept worrying with that AN about would Sirius live or not. IF not it woulda broke my heart, he's my fav (might be why all that h/c on him made me love this fic so much as well). He gets what he deserves, as does Harry, to be a family, and Moony too. 3 IF you had gone the other way, I woulda likely followed the saying about happy endings depending on where you stop reading (had to do that with a fic, it was great at the start then it took a sharp lefthand and I couldn't risk the outcome. I can't really do MCDs, canon deaths I can take and, in fandoms like this with war, knowing there's a high chance not all of them will make it, feel bad for Percy but I kinda feel, as an older sibling, better me then them. I will certainly be faving this. (Just so you know, one of the times you had Harry use the mirror, you had Sirius say 'Harry' instead of James Potter. Ment to say something then but had to leave for work, these past few months have been crazy and I Look forward to it calming down, so many get to stay home and write, I haven't really had a chance to do that since March with my increased hours... and overtired me being up at 4am, I'm rambling with no filter, sorry, Overtired Veritaserum. ;)

I loved this story, and thought your writing was so good. The characters feel true to form, and you don’t exaggerate any qualities either. I thought it was interesting bringing the timeline forward, and I particularly liked the representation of Ron; he seemed more balanced and a much better friend than in the books!

So I'm reading the story and will finish all the chapters...you are a good writer, however, your chapters seem really vague, you have just rushed through all the details...maybe you could have changed the plots or added twists so you could entice the reader (I'm basically skim reading all the chapters thus far)
Another point you might like to consider for future stories are emotions. Non of your characters seem to have any emotions when the have conversation with one another, they all seem cold towards each other and their reactions are too vague.

I lile a lot of things about your story Harry is strong and likeable and you've buult a nice solid relationship with Sirius. But i would say my largest crititique is that things just seem to "work out" really well. Ron is only mad at Harry for about a day. Rita is backing off and Harry is inexplicably drawn to Ginny with no reason for it. I actually like Harry and Ginny together but it sorta annoys me when they get together too soon. It leaves little room for them to grow into each other and creates a situation where the tension is lacking.

Oh please i hope that Remus doesn't live with them! I never feel it makes sense for Remus to mice in with Sirius in stories where he ia freed. They are both adults and have been seperated for 12 years, why would they move in together? Also... I really want to see Harry and Sirius build a family, keep Remus as a friend but he doesn't need to be closer than that

Wow! I was intimidated when I saw this was 81 chapters long (I really shouldn't have). Great story line. I love Sirius! I missed Dobby being more involved.

Oh my gosh. I just found this a few days ago, and I am so so so SO happy you came back and finished this! It's easily my new favourite Potter fanfic. It's 7 am, and I have no regrets staying up all night to read the last 10-12 chapters! I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't enjoy about this story. I'll definitely be reading this again- proooobably within a week or two if I'm being perfectly honest. It really resonated with me and I've grown attached! I'm sad that it's over, but the experience was amazing! Thank you for this :)

This story was AMAZING! I absolutely loved it, I stuck with you all the way and loved every bit of it! You are an amazing writer and should be PROUD of what you have accomplished!

It was not bad, even if the ending I already knew more or less as it's the same as the books. But it was a good story.
