| astridrules chapter 4 . 10/27/2017 Hey, for not know English very well, you write better and use better grammar than some people who've grown up speaking English. Wonderful job and beautiful suspense. But, as with all writers there are thing you can work on. Legolas wouldn't be screaming like that. It's just not his character or personality. And it makes it less believable in my opinion. Most likely, his reaction to intense pain would be faster breathing, clenched teeth, and shaking. He might cry out a few times, but not scream. But, amazing job and definitely something I would read more than once. You did a great job. |

| Kate Cambarshky chapter 4 . 7/3/2015 I actually liked your story, but the thing is...painkillers? Seriously? There ARE plants that help with pain, athelas one of them. Kratom (Mitragyna Speciosa) is another. And a cave? Okay...And Elves just DON'T die that easily from poison, unless it is from one of my stories...and those darts were SERIOUSLY poisoned with a certain type of poison made by Wingheart's worst enemy...Anyway, Elves don't get sick. They just don't. They do not fear the cold either and the presence of clean, growing plants and water comforts and refreshes them. Believe me. I have read LOTR through and through at least 9 times and written at least ten million fanfics about Legolas...Ahem. I'm just an almost-teen. For how to continue the story...I suggest you change this whole thing to Leggy fainting and being embarrassed cuz he's the first Elf in history to do that. Then he tries to keep up with them as they hurry for Lorien. Then he collapses right when they reach the Nimrodel and they where Haldir and his brothers find them. They get Leggy into Lorien to Galadriel and Celeborrn just in time so that Leggy almost dies...but doesn't! The whole company is overjoyed when he wakes up and it's sort of like Frodo waking after destroying the Ring. Galadriel watches them silently from the shadows with a smile upon her lips as Leggy is completely embarrassed and happy for what happens... - Kate |
