This is probably the third time I’ve read this fic, and I always love the ending of this chapter. It’s just so... cinematic; like a sequence you’d see in a movie, and it just works so well here. I love this story!

This is my 2nd time reading this story all the way through, and I honestly think it's even better the 2nd time. I know you were really nervous about Brisingr coming out before you had finished the story and spoiling your theories, but goddamn if you didnt hit a lot of it right on the nose, such as Orik being the new king of the dwarves, Arya becoming the new dragon rider, and Orrin being just an overall pain in the ass. The odd spelling errors and mixup of pronouns and other minor grammatical issues aside, I truly believe this to be on par with Paolini's writing, and in several cases (namely Eragon and Arya actually ending up happily together) even surpasses it. The plot is EXCELLENT, with the vault of souls and all its intricacies being my favorite, not to mention how the storyline/storytelling view was centered more around Eragon, and had less extraneous characters taking up the pages. Truthfully, my greatest complaints are about the ease and vaugeness surrounding capture of the cities of Aroughs, Feinster, Belatona, and Dras-Leona (Teirm i dont mind because it was Roran-centric), as well as Nasuada being one of the Grey Folk. I think her discovering her roots to a tribe that simply remembered the old lands would have been far more conceivable and seemed a lot less like a plot twist for the sake of twisting it. Genuinely an absolute delight, and I hope to see you post war stories so that I can continue to enjoy all the wonderful creativity that mills about in your thoughts :)

Wow. Quite literally crying by the end. I read it again. Choppy for the first three chapters or so, maybe some a bit later on, but the rest of this story is amazing. You really bring to life a sort of cinematic element, with the great descriptions and the simultaneous read-a-letter-aloud whilst somebody is leaving, right before a big finale. This story is simply fantastic, one of the best fanfics out there. I applaud your superb efforts. Wow.
