The only thing I found a bit disappointing was how you used only a few sentences to describe the start of their relationship. It would have been interesting to see the slow transition from student-turned-prisoner and professor-turned-capturer to lovers. In the beginning, she still mostly sees him as her professor. He doesn't want her to call him professor (why? Because he doesn't want to see her as a student or bc he feels he doesn't deserve the respect, or what?), so what does she call him? Was there a Snape and Granger phase before they were Severus and Hermione to each other? What do they talk about? When and why did she begin to feel differently about him? He reached for her, what did she think? Did she want it too, or did she let him and developed it into more later on?

It's so interesting, but you just skipped it! :-(
