I don’t even know where to begin with this review. But I do know that I have many qualms with this story. So many in fact that I found that I couldn’t finish reading the story and skipped to the last chapter to leave my review, as I do for all my reviews. One of them being that there are no distinctions between the characters, they have the same personalities and they even dress the same, in the girls’ case.

I also didn’t really like the fourth wall breaks (this can be done well, but it just rubbed me the wrong way here) where the narrator addresses the reader, and the random author’s notes in certain sentences.

Also, I hated the jealousy plot that Draco and Ginny were trying to pull on Hermione. I found it so cliche, and I hate to say it, but not in a good way. I was genuinely invested in the beginning, wondering what would happen when Hermione regained her memories, but was left extremely disappointed. Draco should have just tried harder to sort of get to know her again, instead of letting his “relationship” with Ginny complicate things with the newspaper thing.

Speaking of that, what in the heck? Doesn’t anyone have anything better to do than keep up with the love lives of three teenagers? This story literally takes place after a WAR, a life altering event, and people find this teenage drama worth paying attention to?!

This review is getting really long, and with all my negative thoughts out of the way, I really did like the first part of this story, kinda. I’m going to add this to my C2 because it seems a lot of people enjoyed it, and I will gladly promote it.

Interesting concept. However, I was constantly distracted by different elements (like name dropping designer names, jumping of POV that seemed choppy, etc.) that I couldn't get a real feel for the storyline.
