| hanareader chapter 4 . 12/6/2018 I know this fic has been complete for a while now but I just wanted to say that I seriously love this story, it's ultimately my favorite when it comes to this fandom and this ship and an amazing progression of KuroKura. You literally inspired me to write one of my own. I never even shipped them before reading this. I am absolutely devastated by the line "We found that in destroying something we found something. Something that we might be looking for all along." and you have such an incredible understanding of their characters, their philosophy and you make them interact and clash in such ways that we can get something out of the fic and pairing, where we couldn't get elsewhere. I'm in love with this story and the experimentation in shipping such a difficult pair while keeping their respective personalities in character, not sacrificing one for the sake of the ship. Kuroro is an absolute delight and Kurapika is so beautiful and someone great to relate to. I like how you have them hate each other but are ironically stuck together, while simultaneously admiring one another's personality, I think that is key for a great epic romance. The rest of the Phantom Troupe is wonderful, your words are delightfully concise and something to admire, thank you so much for writing this. |
