I really enjoyed this. Seeing Luke and Lorelai find their way back to one another will never get old, but this is really well written and characterised and I love that it's not quite so simple and there are bumps along the way.

I know that this is an old story but I just want to say that it's absolutely fantastic even now and I'm so glad you wrote it - your characterization of Luke and Lorelai is spot on and the journey they have in this fic back to a relationship is just beautiful. Definitely going on my favourites list.

It was very fitting, and it wasn't like all the other fics, that has them rushing back together. There was so much pain there, that they needed to get through it before they could be the Luke and Lorelai we knew them as.

Your story is the best fan story Ive ever read (and I read a lot of them). It's romantic and absolutely not out of character. You let them act sensitive and honest. April involved like this is what I wanted to see on TV. YOU should have written the 7th season, not David Rosenthal. I hope to see more of your stuff. Very good job, thank you for putting it online.

I just found this story. Okay, that's a lie, I found it like a week ago, but it took me forever to read, factoring in all kinds of pointless projects. But anyway, this story is AMAZING. I loved it. I have to say it's probably one of the best stories I've ever read on this site. Some of my favorite moments: the mistletoe, the whole new year's chapter, all of chapter 12, and well, just about the whole story. lol. It was beautifully written, and you captured the emotions and the characters perfectly. Great job on a great story!

p.s. the Lake House is such a good movie-it's one of my favorites...i'm a sucker for the sappy movies lol.
