It is wonderfully written, with a real sense of both character and place. I love your description on London by night from Ruth's POV - it was incredibly atmospheric.

Also very true to life was Harry's relationship with the cats and his reaction once he read the postcard.

Like him, I felt better for having read it.

Congratulations, this was a strongly written, delicate piece that really evoked a bittersweet romance - and hope for the future.

Oh my life, I love this fic so much! Love it. Though it does make me despair that they aren't together in the series! why couldn't they have a happy ending? why damnit. Oh, I love your ending - I went from completely morose at Harry and Fidget, to completely ecstatic in about a half a second. I love all the post 505 RH stuff, though it mostly just makes me mad at Nicola...this is beautiful...

That was lovely! Although I think it has only served to make me even more adamant that they should be together! I like it because I'd like to think they still had some contact, however limited or brief.
