I find myself wondering sometimes about why I like angst and then I stumble across a fic like this one and I remember why. It's because I long for the feelings it brings forth. The tension, the cold, the terror, the numbness...I love it. Definitely liked the bodysnatcher theme with yours.

Ahem. This story is creepy as fuck. Poe doesn't frighten me, Mr. King is laughable, but this is really just The-Hills-Have-Eyes-creepy. Yes, that IS a specific type of creepiness, I assure you. Bakura-corpse... Ryou... death. It's chilling and I want to shudder, but somehow I think that's a good thing. Yay. Although if you were seriously trying for fluff, you need some fluff-counseling. I like the way you write. I can't help it, I always have liked your fics a lot for the writing style, although I'll be honest and say I don't really understand the ending of this particular one-shot. I felt like I understood everything up to the last paragraph, and then you throw in a bomber and say 'this is fine.' I was lost. I felt like I went through a rollercoaster of hysterics and sickness of mind, and then came back and refused treatment all of the sudden for no reason. XD I didn't know it was your writing, and then when I scrolled up to find the author's name, it was you! Great job, thanks for sharing!
