I really like this story but at times I just struggle to read it. I love the ideas don't get me wrong. Every time I'm on fanfiction I always lookup this story to see that maybe one day there will be an update. But I can't stand how everyone treats Harry like a spoilt pampered imposter. It's not realistic. Harry is the misunderstood innocent one in all this drama! I can understand Snape's hatred for Harry even though I can't stand the man. But James, Sirius, Dumbledore, students, and yes at times even Remus - I can't tolerate their view of Harry. The students aren't entitled to an opinion if you ask me. How would Ronald like to wake one day and was told he was Draco Malfoy in front of the entire school - that his whole life was a lie and then treated like he was the one to blame instead of Elvira Snape or James who left his infant son unattended in the hospital as a baby. Where was Dumbledore in all this drama - a student's entire world turned inside out in front of the whole school - Professors acting anything but Professional - James and Sirius were arrogant bastard bullies as children they have NO RIGHT TO CALL ANYONE A SPOILT BRAT! Both James and Sirius came from over-privileged wealthy families. Remus telling Harry to NOT ANTAGONIZE James - as if James is the injured party - WHAT THE HELL! I would really like to beat the shit out of JAMES! Harry may have his faults but everyone does! Harry however never bullied anyone - he never went out of his way to deliberately humiliate anyone. James was and still is the SPOILT BRAT!

You have such an amazing style of writing and I don't know what it is, but it makes me so empathetic towards Harry. As good of a parent as James is now, he damaged Harry so much with his initial reaction to learning that Harry was his son (honestly, he should feel more ashamed of himself for that). Thank goodness for Remus. Also, I love how slow won Harry's happiness and trust is. You never finished, but I still feel like this is a rewarding emotional journal and I thank you for it.

An absolutely gorgeous story. Your portrayal of the characters is really realistic and beautiful to read. Additionally, I love angst, the more the better and you dish it out so well, that I was well and truly engrossed. Thanks for writing, hopefully an update in the future :)

omg i cried a lot reading your story especially at the beginning where both harry's father reject him. why did you not continue this story. i already read this story 3 times and still cried and never tired of it. pleased continue and finished this story. i already add your story in my favorite story and author list and i also add your story in my follow story and author list. i will wait for you to finished this story no matter how many years i have to wait. although i do hope i don't have to wait for a decades for you to finished this story.

Great story! I actually felt like tears coming out whenever Harry had a bad time with James or the stupid git, S.S. I was wondering if you had a upcoming update, cause that would be great!

I feel so bad for Harry in some of these chapters. You had me crying over him whenever he felt betrayed. And some of the punishments you put him through, I didn't necessarily think were deserved. Anyway, please continue soon!

Hi, I reallly like your story, but it was sad to see that it was only updated in 2010. I thought that since it was 4 years old, it had a chance still. I do hope that you update it... even it it only follows the normal plot line for a bit.
