I don't have any problem with the length of this story.
Which, by the way, is fantastic! Very well-written, very Disney-like, just a-ma-zing.
Thanks to you, I saw Mickey and hus accompanying characters in a new light. And I am extremely thankful for that.
Living in a Disneylandless country, I've been to one only once before, and it was the original one in Anaheim. But I can't wait till I visit the US once more and go to Walt Disney World, Orlando this time around.

man, this is always a fun read. i've never had the opportunity to go to any disney park, but somehow every time i read this, i think i feel some of the magic people say they feel on a visit. thanks for writing this!

I think I might've left a review for this overall amazing fic a few years ago! You deserved all the praise for writing this gem! But just one thing I disagree with...you made it seem like Donald's not that brave usually when in actuality, he's probably the toughest and bravest one out of Mickey's group! The only exception was "Mickey's Three Musketeers" (2004) but they REALLY nerfed Donald's characterization there and it was based off a comic where Donald was younger and which in turn was based off the cartoon "Lonesome Ghosts" which had a much more accurate representation of Donald. HE's the one to punch the ghost.

So I kind of resented that little jab at Donald's character. He IS brave. Sure he feels fear sometimes, but not even Mickey is brave all the time. And "Alpine Climbers" (1937) is a good example that usually it's Mickey asking for Donald's help in situations where toughness is needed.

So...I just hope that fellow readers like Elera and Lokotei who also seem to think Donald's bravery is "rare." How little they know of my favorite duck! Donald is naturally tough and brave, especially when he gets mad. I recommend they watch "Alpine Climbers," "Lonesome Ghosts," "Sea Scouts," etc. if they doubt Donald is brave. That will change their tune.

He deserved his heroic moment! He's always been a powerhouse and it's way past due that other writers and readers start acknowledging that.

I actually didn't realize till I read this chapter that Thomas O'Malley had the same voice actor as Balloo and Little John, but now, thinking back, they did sound alike!

Okay, this will probably be super long-winded, so I’ll make it a list.
1)This isn’t the first work of yours that I’ve read, Karalora. And I can see the same wonderfully and creatively descriptive style in this work that you’ve used in your others. You always seem to find a new way to phrase something that another author would simply use a well-known expression or word for.
2)This to date is your longest work BY FAR. I will agree, some of the scenes and plot points were not really necessary. But even so, reading those scenes were just as enjoyable as the rest of it.
3)Actually, that length was part of the reason I decided to read this: it piqued my curiosity. I read the first 4 chapters a couple months ago, then just left it aside for a while. Then I remembered it yesterday, came back, and devoured the rest over yesterday and today.
4)Even though I’m definitely not as much of a DISNEY NERD as you seem to be, this was a fantastic way to look at the park’s evolution over the years. I recognized plenty from my own trips to Disneyland and Disney World(probably not quite the same layout, but I found a lot to be strikingly similar). And I learned a lot about the parks and movies too!
5)I’m impressed by the way you brought together all the plot threads, which surely must have taken quite a bit of planning. Early in in an A/N you said you wanted every detail to be important, and
you delivered.
6)TIL that a baby mouse is a pinky. The More You Know.

This was an absolute joy to read! Everything a Disney fanfiction should be! I loved how you portrayed our wonderful Sensational Six, and all the history and pop culture and gaming references! Walt Disney's appearances were so sweet, even when sad. This is beautiful in every sense of the world. Thank-you so much for writing it!

Karalora my friend, you are one incredible Disney fan. This is a fanfiction masterpiece.
