| Cucumber-Monger chapter 3 . 11/4/2009 This fanfiction, "My Brave Darren" is an excellent work of fiction. It is not everyday that a fiction about a fiction surpasses the original work of the credited and published author. Though some may disagree, this type of story does target a certain audience thus making it more likely to be seen as an incredible work by all who read it. Likewise, other things such as the POV aspect also catch the reader's eye as well as their interest! All the planned out aspects [as there are too many to mention] of this fiction are what makes it a success and I truly believe that this has been one of the best yet. Of course, I am a huge fan of the "Saga of Darren Shan" as well as yaoi but both combined is a real treat! Especially when it is written as well as this one. I'm sure many other fans would like to read at least one more chapter to this story and I'm sure, like myself, all the other readers out there respect the hard work you put into your you for all of the time, work and effort you put into all of your writings. They are valued works of art! |
