This fic hit me at a very emotional level, unlike the others. This is short and yet the impact was so massive. I love this story and I love you. One of the best CM fandom I've read. And I rarely even read short ones. So thank you Fate for letting me come across this.

I really liked how this wraped up. The story line was amazing and original. I enjoy a new story!

I loved the story, read it in one sitting. My only complaint is that your style of writing was very plain. "Bligh," he said. "Bloo," she replied. There wasn't really much emotion other than what was forced through speech. Otherwise, good story.

Awesome

This story was simply amazing and I read the whole thing in my free time today. Some stories I read get boring after a while and I don't reach the end, but this story however was awesome and I loved the plot. It wasn't too short, and it wasn't dragged out. You got the length perfect and I could just imagine Reids behaviour as he breaks apart. Great job on this story. It was brilliant!

Good Gracious...I just found this story and fell in love with it at the first word. I read the entire thing in about two hours, and my thought at the end was only "Ahhhhhh..." So good...

First of all, I love your style of writing. You did a great job switching between the investigation, and Reid's experiences. Also, there were a bunch of references to other episodes in the series, which made it seem more real.

In addition, I loved how you described everything. The flow of Reid's hallucinations were perfect, and I could totally see how he could get confused. There was just enough drama for a good effect, but not too much so as to make it cliche.

Seriously, one of the best criminal Minds fanfictions I have read in a while. You are an ASTOUNDING writer! : )

This is an incredible story. Tragic and heartbreaking, but still incredible. I have really enjoyed reading it even though it is dark and difficult. I'd have loved a sequel, but I can see I'm very late to the party and am lucky enough by finding this lol! xo

I just read this story in one go and loved it, one of the best Reid fics I've read in a while!

Wonderful story :). I read it all in one sitting, just couldn't stop. And omg I completely bawled my eyes out when I read the candy scene in chapter 11. Loved it, loved it, loved it. And I thought the ending was a nice touch. It leaves a few things unsaid, but nothing that I think needs to be resolved and tied up into a pretty bow. Makes it much more real this way. Awesomeness!

Please do a sequel. It ended so good yet not happy enough. I really want to read about how Reid gets back to work and the usual dynamic. It was a thrill ride of a story. So epic in many ways. The unsubs were so well thought out. Unexpected turns and twists each way. I never knew what to think. This was brilliantly written. You have such talent. Thank you for sharing this Reid awesomeness!

Was looking for a good Spencer Reid story and stumable across this little gem. It was so good, I read through all 12 chapters of Retribution. I'm so adding Retribution to my favorite stories list! And if you didn't write a sequel I should! Oh yes, I think you did brilliant job keeping everyone in character to!
