I like the pace of the story, not too fast but not too slow and dull.

I like how they're relationship isn't disgustingly cliche with the whole "wah wah wahhh loved you for years and years but kept these feelings bottled up inside my little heart".

As a Minnesotan, I must say that it was quite thrilling to see a fanfic author quote Garrison Keillor...particularly when the story involves harmony on a warm beach...just the thing to get me through the day following a 14" snowfall.
