Anyways, here I am. Reading and Reviewing again. Completely sober this time, I promise. It's just a sleepy Sunday morning and I don't feel like studying for that blasted GRE yet.

So apparently I've already done this chapter, but if I hadn't mentioned it before I like the line about Goren thinking perhaps women would find Gregory attractive. Funny how women can just say other women are attractive but men always have to weave in some distance. I think this is how the typical straight man would think. :)

Wow, that was gruesome... and yet totally satisfying. When Eames pulls through she *really* pulls through. My legs would've collapsed with relief, as well, and there must've been nothing more wonderful than Bobby barging in and seeing that sick freak whimpering at Alex's feet. (God, she's so badass, can i *be* her? Just for one day.) Oh, if I haven't mentioned it before, this was a very cleverly assembled fic. I felt like a lot of thought and instinct went into it and characterization was true all throughout, (i.e. never was Bobby "over the top"). Okay, now I'm rubbing hands together over your new story and praying you'll update soon.

BTW-how cool are all these new features that the site updates are bringing us authors? I totally dig 'em, except for the censoring of reviews which have ommitted the c-u-m between Summa and Laude in my own story as of late. Makes for a good laugh, though.

Ah, boo. Oh, well. I remember it being a very good chapter, don't I? I hope to catch up on all of your stories that I haven't reviewed this summer. As for my reflections on this one, this line:

"'C'mon… I'll make it good for you,' she tried her most seductive voice."

really made me cringe. Poor Goren. He must've been blinded by concern.

I've returned with grilled veggies! (Which were delicious, mind you.) But now...

Blech!

Pardon me while I vomit from the Gregory petting Eames action. Oh, kick him in the crotch and go back to frisking Goren.

Can I just say riveting it was to see David and Bobby go at it? I totally felt Goren's shame spiral, as well. Pobrasito.

Oof, that Gregory is just way too creepy for his own good. This would've made for a fine season opener, as well.

Haha, I had to chuckle upon reading that. Gee, I wonder why, Bobby? Since I haven't mentioned it before, lemme tell you know that I love this casefile-from the title down to the creepy bouquet showing up on Eames' desk. Goren's speech at the end would've cooled me down some, too, but I understand why she's upset.

"I found him charming, in a jackass kind of way."

M, yummy re-read. Good refuge from the barbecue going on downstairs. (I'm a vegetarian. *Sigh*)

I read this straight through...amazing. And I have to say I wish someone would've considered doing your version instead of the kidnapping we got. Yeah, I'm ungrateful but this was way better.

I cringed when she got his knee, not because he didn't deserve it (go, Alex!) but because I have dislocated my knee and it brought back painful memories (of five knee surgeries...). Ow! As always, I enjoyed this story very much! Great job! You do a great job with cases, just like I told you you would! Keep 'em coming, my friend!

"God, when we get out of this, I'm going to kill him." I love it. Now, what does she have in mind...flashback to her days in vice. And poor Bobby. I liked the exchange at the radiator. This has got to be killing him...

Okay, I really did like that search..."You couldn't carry a wallet in your back pocket?" Another great chapter...

I can totally understand Bobby's frustration and anger. I really liked the thought of him needing Deakins as an anchor. "What the hell did I do?" I admire his control through the whole chapter. And yes, concrete is very unforgiving...

I loved Bobby sending back the flowers with his note Jealousy and not insanity, huh? And Alex's thoughts about being attracted to her partner...nice.
