Well, that's quite the cliffhanger. And it's been dangling out there for over a decade now. Boo!

Even though this is unfinished, I wanted to take the time to comment on how much I like what you have written here. Specifically, I love the insight into Anakin gleaned via Obi-Wan- the way Obi-Wan is made aware of the strong, raw power of the Force that Anakin posses- and how different it is from how he himself experiences it; the feelings and emotions evoked from Anakin's memories; the Council's treatment of Anakin and how Palpatine had charmed Anakin. These things, combined with Obi-Wan's knowledge of the future work together to make this story compelling. Plus, the light moments of humor are well done and not at all out of place.
