| planet p chapter 1 . 8/27/2010 I'm not sure the Doctor wouldn't just make something up, if it was absolutely necessary, or someone else might just do so for him... Or else they'd write nothing; they might just have it that he's liaising with them and as they don't pay him for it, they don't have to have his file on record but perhaps this other company he is working for... which, of course, would be non-existant, or they'd just have it that he assists them of his own esteem. I don't know how that sort of thing goes. This is definitely something to think about, in any case. Anyway, it was an interesting take on this idea. |

But my favorite part has to be this: "Benton, trying to save time in avoiding the angry outburst against the sins of the Time Lords...". It's so perfect. It's so *Doctor*. You have his voice down pat. (That said, I assume you had a specific Doctor in mind when you wrote this? It sounds like Three to me, but I could be mistaken...) |
