I loved it! it really captures the hell he lived in for so long. wanting the slayer, but not wanting to want her. knowing she though of him as dirty beneath his feet. wanting to end her, and knowing he couldn't for a number of reason, and never having the pleasure of her just ending him. I think you did a great job and putting that all into light with the dreams and the visit.

kind of sounds like it's heading in the direction of spike finding his inner submissive. a little odd, but still kind of interesting.

Stupid Buffy, she has no clue what's in front of her. I like the story though.
