Unless Ryoga gets some psychological help and seriously considers looking at his actions and their consequences, this is either going to end up with him in prison or dead. Either way, I feel sorry for Umiko, whose family is getting even more broken apart than before.

I mean...from the description, it almost sounded like Kimiko had lost her arm entirely, not had it broken. But I guess I'll take away the "Kill Ryoga" and "Ranko Should Have Gone For a Headshot" sign for now.

Also, I like Kimiko! People don't like BADLY done OCs (ex. Mary Sues) or OCs that are thinly disguised self-inserts that force their views on canon characters who accept it without rhyme or reason.

She seems like a nice girl and hardworking individual who's a great friend to Ranma. Their interactions with each other are super fluffy and always puts a smile on my face.

Genma, Mousse, and Ryoga are likely grateful they weren't the "beneficiaries" of that cask of water that supposedly(!) had Nannichuan, but instead had the locking ladle water that locked Ranma into his(?) girl curse!

I can see why so many people like this story, you captured Ryoga's self-centered stupidity perfectly and even with everyone telling him that he effed up, he's blaming Ranma for his problems.

Of course we still have the question of what it is that Akane realized.

i cant believe i never commented on this it has been one of my favorites for years i remember the first time i read this it didn't have those last chapters but since then i reread this a good few times this remains one of my favorite fanfics you did such a great job slowly giving details and building the story up and also actually giving everyone good well built characters no one felt lacking or poorly written
