Anywho, about the one-shot itself: well, I liked it. I always love seeing Naruto as an overly-worried husband/father-to-be (it's so sweet, really). The proposal seemed kinda abrupt though, and a little OC, honestly. Come to think of it, this is the second time Ino misinterpreted something important from Shika-boy (first being him asking her to the Roku-ceremony).

Anywho, good job.
