I know it's been years since you posted this and you've since moved on to new things, but I just have to say, this was the first Doctor Who fanfic I ever read, before I even considered writing my own, and it's been stuck in my mind as pure brilliance ever since! I really, really love it, the relationship between the Doctor and Rose is perfect and it's such a great story :D Thank you!

I think you should write a sequel, but its up to you really. I really liked the story and think you could easily put together a good sequel.
