Cool, I loved how Naruto has MPD and it's a unique version, since there's no abuse to cause it, just a seriously screwed up justu. I'm pretty sure that Ibiki has realized what's up with Naruto, because he is the most qualified person in the entire village to recognize signs of MPD (like the changing speech patterns he mentioned noticing the first time he met Naruto).
