It's been forever since I've strolled into this fandom...at least a good 6 years ago. I've always loved Ken and I've been waiting for a good DaisukexKen fic with angst and action. This fic met all the criteria and it satisfied the craving I had for this pairing. Good job on this fic.

Could I please use Kagami and his background story for my fic? I'll write a disclaimer the first time I use him and I will tell everyone the original creator and recommend your stroy to them. I think that it would fit in so well with the story. I don't plan to copy your idea, I just wanted to include Kagami as a background character. I will also have to talk about his background and where he came from. I really didn't want to steal your idea, so I decided to ask. A small fight scene between the characters and the Guardian may also take place.

These are just plans for what would happen. I will NOT do any of this if I do not have your consent to it. I would be building upon Kagami's past life before being sucked into the Mizu-Kagami and I would maybe make him into a digidestined but I am only going to do all this with your consent.

I get it! I get it! (Dances about happily, while muses Sweatdrop) Kagami couldn't be Ken-Chan because he only had his body and his memories, but everyone knows that the one thing that makes us all unique is a separate entity from our mind, heart and body: Our souls! Ken and Daisuke hold a close bond cause their Soul mates, meaning two people who's soul's intertwin perfectly to make one, in other words they share the same soul. This way Kagami could never be Ken, because without a soul, with out a spiritual bond with Daisuke he could never be Ken. (Or anyone for that matter)

Ken: She's done it again. Knuckles: She has to philosophise everything. A_B: Oh hush! (Taps them on the noses)

I have to say that this was a truly terrific fic! The characterizations and imagery made this a joy to read! Can't wait to see what you come up with next! _

Great epilogue! It's so nice that Ken and Daisuke are finally together, and I like the fact that Kagami is at peace now. You've done such a great job from the beginning, I'm kind of sad to see it end, but all good things have to end some time, right? I hope you write more great works like this.
