I like this, both for the style/format and for the characters involved. I especially liked No. 5 and 6.

I just know Zuko was thinking of Azula in #7. It's an interesting parallel to draw.

CUTE! The last bite about all of them sleeping under one big blanked made me picture this, Aang in the middle like you said, Katara on the left and Toph on the right, Sokka next to Katara and Zuko next to Toph. That is how I picture it and Toph is always facing Zuko slightly culled into a ball against his chest why he had his arm around her with his chin resting on her head.

four years isn't very long. I mean, to a teenager it is but to an adult it's not much. My mum and dad are twelve years apart and no one seems to mind.

Nice. I think Zuko and Toph's relationship can blossom into something more than brothers/sisters. The way they only understand each other, the way both of them don't need to act differently when they're around with each other... they can really be a perfect couple when they grow up a bit.

I think you really get to the point of the (now existing) relationship between Toph and Zuko. You did great, but isn't there a problem with the construction of your sentence? Something seems to miss...
