Cool story. I thought that Vala and Daniel would go for a name like Neil Carter Jackson (or Carter Neil Jackson) to keep from having Jack Jackson, which is a mean name for a kid. I hope you keep writing this. It's well written and well thought out.

It's officially almost been three years since this has been updated. Please continue! I would really like to see where this story goes.

I rather like reading this story and disappointed that there have been no updates in two years. So, please consider adding on to the story.

rather interesting spin on the old 'someone from sg1 related to someone from sunnydale' plot, but one thing REALLY! irked me: DANIEL in THE MILITARY? voluntarily? no way. i could live with him accepting the honorary rank of a major (though in my opinion he deserves at least colonel), but actually becoming part of the chain of command? impossible. and i'm not even convinced it would BE possible to become a high ranking officer just like that (even if it comes from the president and the joint chiefs...). if you actually meant the rank to be honorary (like richard dean anderson's of a general), please make it clear. good read otherwise.

Isn't anyone going to name a son after Teal'c? And, I just want to clarify, is this a cross with Buffy or did you just use Sunnydale and the Harris family on a whim?

Very interesting concept, I like this. Why don't you kill two birds with one stone and have Sarah have twins... Sorts Jack out for his Junior, honours Janet and also sends Jack loopy. A win win situation!
