This story was great...one of the best SatAM Sonic fanfics I've ever read, from Bunnie's pain when her limbs were destroyed, to Sonic, Sally, and Antoine's reactions of anger toward Metic before he reformed, and Bunnie's joy when Metic regenerated her original limbs. The end battle against Robotnik was awesome too, as was Snively's reformation and the victory party. I wish the series had ended like this instead of on a cliff-hanger. Awesome story and i hope you can write up a sequel.

Truthfully... not very many stories will show that kind of level with emotions. But from what I've read here, you have the makings of the truly elite writers of all time. After all, a good story has you not just reading it, but Living it. Am I making any sense? I sure hope so. I'd love to see more of these kinds of stories in both this earth and this site.

Wow, this was the best fanfic I have read on this site to date. Normally I just say 'one of the best', even if it's the best i can think of at the moment, because I've read so many that I'm sure there have been better that I'm just forgetting about. Not here. The length was perfect, at first I was intimidated by the length of the chapters, because I often had to stop reading mid chapter to go to bed (or eat, or go out, etc.) but the way you split them up worked out for that, and the fact that there were only 9 chapters also.

Again, the writing style was great. You were very desriptive, but not so much so that your writing got tedious. You gave me a very good idea of what was happening, so it was almost like I was watching it. You gave enough description of the important aspects, without going into lesser, unnecessary ideas. Another thing you did well was show what was happening. Instead of say everything, almost like you were telling me a story, you just let it happen, so it felt more like I was watching as the plot went on.

The thing that stood out to me the most was the characterization and dialogue. It wasn't just more accurate than other fanfictions, but it was practically idenntical to the original show. This again leads to the realism of it, and at moments one could easily forget that it wasn't cannon. The wat the characters reacted to the situations, interacted with each other, and the word choice, were all beleivable, so much more so because you could easily imagine the character doing it.

This was, I repeat, the best story I have read on this entire website in three years, (including stories I read before I joined). It was believable, entertaining, and kept my interest throughout the entire story (which is saying alot for me). I thoroughly enjoyed it and am greatly impressed by your writing skill. Have you ever considered publishing an original story?

This was amazing. I especially enjoyed the strong characterisation of all the Freedom Fighters, Bunnie in particular. The character development on Metal Sonic was sheer joy to read, and the scene where the power ring rebuilds him and his programming gets all screwy and obsessed with Sally was extremely compelling. The BunniexAntoine fan in me roars in rage that they didn't end up together, but the romantically ambiguous ending for her felt natural and right.

On the other end, 'Metic' is a dumb name, and I would have loved to have seen more of Robotnik and Snively.

In the end though, this fic was a roller-coaster ride through the streets of Awesome-town. Forty thumbs up.
