I love how you keeped the way the characters act and talk cannon, cuz most other fanfics, AU or not, tend to have the main characters acting in an uncannish way. I can tell you that it made me cry, it is really very well written. If this (House and Cuddy getting together)ever happens in the show, I would imagine it being something like this.
