You are probably wondering about getting a review after such a long time. But I just read the story and I really enjoyed it. Im kinda glad I could read it in one go, Your cliffhangers would have killed me. I have to say considering when you wrote the story you seem a bit psychic, as a lot of things in the actual Supernatural storyline went in that direction. I have seen in other reviews that a lot of people didnt like that Ian got away. I have to say Im glad he did. Im probably a kind of forgiving person, but I think he was a victim too and I felt sorry for him. Im glad that he now can fight for lgbt rights.

Excellent story from start to finish. Definitely managed to bring the tension and keep it high throughout the last several chapters. Still fascinated by just how close you managed to get to stuff that we came to learn later about Sam, his powers, and his role as a vessel. Love some young Sam and Dean being there for each other and figuring things out and fighting back on their own. (John REALLY could have been a little bit gentler with them after the fact...at least for a little while. I mean...he SHOULD understand mind control.) But overall, great story that kept me engaged right up to the very end. I will definitely be checking out more of your stuff.

Well... DAMN! I really thought they were going to make it! What the hell is going to happen now? And just where IS John being kept? Oh, duh... The locked basement. I think even Dean missed that part of the conversation... And who can blame him?

This story is amazing. And I'm still kind of in awe of your prophetic vision with lines like this : "This one? The younger? He is even stronger than the last. He will be a fitting vessel." You even had the exact term the show would later use.

Wow! This is SO intense! I've been reading fan fic since about 2012, and I can't believe I've never come across your stuff before. And when I read Lunch Money, I was thinking you did a nice tie in with the stuff we learned in S5 when Sam finds out how Azazel had had demons keeping an eye on him throughout his life. And I'm thinking Ian is kind of another one keeping tabs on Sammy and trying to influence him.

Until I read your authors note about Devils Trap just airing and I looked at the publishing date... None of that had even happened yet. This is practically psychic on your part!

Wow... Just getting into this one and it is EPICALLY good so far. Even so young, Dean's instincts are spot on. "Uncle Ian" is definitely creepy! And definitely not what he seems. And DEFINITELY way too interested in Sammy.

Ian can be killed. And why does no one care about Dean?
