Just finished, it was absolutely amazing. Honestly, congratulations on the writing, it's not easy to treat a heavy and serious subject such as rape. More often than not I have seen stories that condone rape and violence in certain ways. Here, it really showed the trauma and the gravity of the act. Also, have to say that even though the main romance was Dramione, I thoroughly enjoyed the secret love between Pansy and her mystery boyfriend (won't mention his name, don't want to spoil).

I'm surprised Draco isn't catching onto the clues of who Hermione's attacker is. I suppose he's just unwilling to admit to himself that his father is NOT above rape. Goyle's comment, "HIS idiot father," obviously means that Draco is naive to think that Crabbe's father is behind the attack when it is actually Lucius who is. Even Hermione saying that Draco wasn't ready to find out who her rapist was and her other comments when Draco calls the rapist a 'brute' hints at who her attacker is. I wish he wasn't so blinded by the thought of making his father proud and Draco respecting him so much.

I really wanna read this but I cant stand rape :(

I haven't read any Dramione fics for a long time. This was the first one to get back in and I immediately fell in love with it. The characters were very well written and the story was exciting from the beginning to the end.

I know it was Draco's father who attacked and raped Hermione because he talked about the plan for Granger.

Amazing! Bravo! Loved every bit of it! I have read so many Dramione fics in all my years of reading fanfiction and your Draco is by far my most favourite portrayal of him out of all the stories I've read. Reading from his point of view was also a treat and gave a lot of insight to his character, his motivations and his funny little quirks. I think you nailed him pretty well.

Also I really loved his relationship with Hermione. I especially loved the way you handled their friendship and how that evolved into something more gradually. It didn't feel forced at all. Everything felt natural. My favourite part of this entire fic is their friendship. It felt so genuine despite everything and it's just beautfiful to see them act all chummy with each other. This Dramione pair's dynamics is very endearing and by far my favourite out of all the ones I've read.

I had a feeling I knew who did it. I was right. Omg. this story is sooo good!

I absolutely loved this story. I had tried reading it a few times before but could never get past the first chapter, until two weeks ago. And now I have binged the whole thing! The realistic way Draco's character changed his thinking, his internal conflict, was extremely well done. Some stories tend to do it too quickly or they do not fully extrapolate upon the inner change and causes of such, but you have contrived a realistic, logical, yet creative, way for Draco to evolve into the person we know he can be. Thank you for taking the time and dedication to write this story, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time spent reading it.
