I felt a lot of different things while reading this, amusment at Tomo's antics throwing herself down stairs, aprehension for Yomi, heck I even fealt jelous and a bit envious towards Chiyo. Yes, I envied a fan fiction, based off of a cartoon. (We hate it when our friends become sucessfull after all. Points to the song.)

I'm at chapter 10 and about to read the "last" chapter. I have to say though that it's stuff like this that makes me hate this site. All the good stories remain unfinished it seems.

Wow. I am totally new to the Azumanga Daioh fiction section, and so far, this is already my favourite fic here. Really well written, and the shoujo-ai just makes it better. Favved. _

I don't know how I have managed to miss reading this fic until now. Wow, this is a very gripping story! I never would have thought of terrorist train bombings and Azumanga Daioh mixing together to make a great fanfic.

I like the way you have matured the AzuGirls over the eight years since graduation. Their individual stories all make sense and seem plausable, plus they still seem like the same loveable girls.

Ayumu- Running her own business! I never would have pictured her as a small business owner, but it seems to suit her so well! I like the idea of her having the little apartment above the shop as it fits nicely with her new lifestyle, and also makes a good place for the girls to gather from a storytelling point of view.

Her attraction to Kagura seems quite well developed and I hope it works out for those two. I also thought her "welcome" plans for Sakaki were hilarious.

Kagura- She seems far more together as well, in a profession that seems tailor made. Terrific scene of her driving in chap 5 and 6. Also, Chiyo asking her why Ayumu is her favorite. Too bad that conversation got interrupted, I'd love to hear the rest of that!

Tomo- Yes, the wildcat is nuts! That is an outrageous and very Tomo-like plan to see Yomi! Hahaha, it's just so crazy it has to work! Forget sick leave, forget vacation, fling yourself down a stairwell! Hahaha!

Yomi- Eek, that is some scary trauma. She had no role in the story except as a patient for the other girls to rally around, but then you started in with the flashbacks. Yay! Now we see Yomi from her previous perspective and it makes the pain of her possible loss all the more difficult to bear, if that is possible. Get well Yomi! hugs

Sakaki- ROFL, the stories about how the girls all got into the habit of flirting with her. That is brilliant and hilarious. Sakaki simply accepts this as this is the way it is. Too freakin funny. You had some excellent moments describing that.

Her job on Iromote Island, the book, the upcoming summit, it's all very exciting. Best of all was her love confession. Should I squee? I shall. Squee!

Chiyo- Her introduction into this story was great. It's often bumpy when someone tries to write an 18-or-older Chiyo, to remove the jailbait concerns I would imagine. But your 21 year old seems very interesting and capable, yet still has feet of clay. Her inablility to focus and study during one year of college, that was good. And her own inner struggles of dealing with how the other girls treat Sakaki. God, that was very good.

Your OCs are kept to a minimum and what presence they do have seems reasonable for the story and helpful to the plot.

My only constructive comment was going to be that it was very difficult to distinguish scene changes in early chapters, but I see you corrected that in recent updates, so... nevermind!

All in all, this is a very good story and I regret not having seen it earlier, especially considering how much I enjoyed your other two. I hope to see another chapter soon!
