You really, really caputred the characters, and having just rewatched the end of season four, I can see exactly this happening. Sweet and just exactly right.

aw, this was really good. I can see it happening pretty much the way you described it. pity they didn't get to ride off into the sunset at the end of the day, but at least they live on in our hearts. and stories ;). well done.

Wow... LOVED IT! Excellent writing and wonderful grasp of the emotions between the two of them, and how they felt about leaving CTU. I really liked the goodbye with Chloe, and the Mandy scene was pretty cool too.

I know you said this was just one quick shot, but you should continue it. It would be interesting to see them as they try to rebuild their relationship and build their business...
